Prior to becoming a part of the team, Raymond was the District Administrator for the adult parole southern region. As a District Administrator, a vital role was preparing newly released parolees to re-enter the workforce. For these reasons implementing a district model regarding workforce development and obtaining skilled training for parolees played a vital role in reducing recidivism while developing the local workforce.

Due to his experience within the Corrections Department, he plays a crucial role as a liaison between CDCR and the Department of Rehabilitation. He has proven to be our greatest asset among these departments with his astonishing record of hosting our construction course throughout Southern California and successfully recruiting qualified clients. Most of his clients have taken advantage of this opportunity and are have been placed within the industry of their choice. He is an expert networker and continues to grow our connections between both departments throughout California.
